Derechos Del Fútbol, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware, United States, with registered address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States, operates the Futbol CV product and acts as the data controller of personal data linked to the service.

The contract is formed when a person checks the acceptance box and completes registration or when expressly re-accepting a new version. Mere browsing, silence or prior use do not substitute that manifestation.

No clause of these terms excludes or restricts non-waivable rights recognized by consumer, personal data, childhood, intellectual property or other mandatory laws. If a clause is invalid, it shall be deemed not agreed and the remainder shall continue to apply to the extent it can subsist.

Futbol CV provides technology to create CVs and professional profiles, publish content, discover people and organizations, manage portfolios and workspaces, publish job or sports opportunities, apply and communicate.

Futbol CV is not an employer, employment or recruitment agency, club, representative, transfer intermediary, player agency nor guarantor of those who use the service. Unless there is a separate agreement expressly stating otherwise, Futbol CV does not participate in negotiation or decision to hire, select, represent, transfer or sponsor.

The platform does not guarantee employment, trials, contracts, representation, transfers, sponsorships, responses, views or specific results. This clarification does not limit the responsibilities that legally correspond to Futbol CV for providing its own service.

Account roles are Player, Professional, Scout, Agency, Club, Brand and Press. Each role has its own capabilities, limits and plans. Accounts must use the role that honestly describes the person or organization.

Professional allows presenting specialty, work experience, education, certifications, licenses, skills, availability and portfolio. When Futbol CV verifies a specific credential, the interface will display a visible badge or status identifying that verification.

Access approval for Club or Press, identity or institution verification and existence of a paid plan are separate statuses. Payment does not guarantee verification and approval does not automatically grant it.

Members of an Agency or Brand space receive only assigned permissions. An Agency managing a Player does not acquire ownership of their account nor can access authentication secrets or data beyond authorized permissions.

Usernames are normally assigned by availability and do not by themselves create trademark, identity or ownership rights. Anyone professionally using the same public handle on Instagram, X or TikTok may request mediation. To activate it, they must demonstrate control of the matching profile by a publicly readable temporary code or a recorded manual review; a draft without such proof is not shown to the holder nor initiates their response period.

Matching and challenge are evidence, not an automatic right. Futbol CV may consider continuity and notoriety of professional use, risk of confusion or impersonation, accredited identity or trademark rights, seniority and good faith of each party. The holder may respond within seven days from notification; if responding earlier, review may continue without waiting for expiration. Approval is not executed before the informed appeal window and a different administrator reviews the appeal. Parties receive a reasoned decision, without prejudice to rights or urgent measures legally applicable.

It is prohibited to present manipulated evidence, use multiple accounts to repeat a closed case, sell, buy, extort or demand consideration for a username. Futbol CV may close abusive requests, apply a waiting period before a new submission and reserve historical aliases so shared links are not reused for impersonation purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Between 13 and 17 years old you may only use the Player role and require initial approval from your mother, father or guardian to activate the account. That approval is unique: it is not renewed annually nor requested again to publish, comment, like, upload Shorts or use other social functions.

You must provide truthful data, keep it updated, protect your credentials and notify of unauthorized access. You may not sell, assign or share an account to evade controls, except for collaboration functions provided by the product.

The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of data and content published and for having sufficient rights over images, videos and third-party data. You must not publish unnecessary documents, precise locations, usual schedules, secrets or information that facilitates unsafe contact. The initial approval remains recorded if the guardian withdraws it. If the Player is still a minor, revocation disables external indexing and future notices directed to that guardian, but does not suspend the account, invalidate sessions nor block functions.

Teenage Player accounts maintain privacy, blocking, reporting and security controls described in the Policy for teenage accounts. A Club may initiate a conversation with an activated minor Player and, when appropriate, Futbol CV notifies the guardian without requiring consent nor blocking the conversation. Futbol CV may restrict content, contact or functions upon concrete signals of risk or abuse.

Futbol CV may apply reasonable verifications, anti-abuse limits and proportional security measures. These measures may not be used to discriminate nor undermine mandatory rights.

Public profiles and content may be accessed via their URL and shared outside the platform. External indexing is enabled by default for adult accounts and can be changed from Privacy. For Players aged 13 to 17 it starts disabled and is only enabled if the guardian selects the “Appear on Google” option when approving the account; the account may disable it later. Removal of already processed results also depends on external search engine timing.

Posts, Shorts, comments, reactions and other activity identified by the interface as public may be seen by other users and visitors. Search engine preference does not change that visibility nor break shared links.

Each person decides what content to publish and is responsible for reviewing it before making it visible. You must not publish secrets, unnecessary documents, third-party data without sufficient rights nor information that increases a security risk.

Visibility settings and server permissions determine access to private sections. Futbol CV does not consider data public solely because it exists in an internal response, export or database.

The Privacy Policy explains processing, indexing, retention and rights of access, correction and deletion.

Authorized users may publish sports or job opportunities. The publisher is responsible for the identity of the organization, truthfulness of the offer, requirements, deadlines, non-discriminatory treatment and compliance with applicable labor, migration, sports and contractual law.

Players may apply free of charge and without limit to opportunities for players. Professionals may apply free of charge and without limit to jobs directed to professionals. Futbol CV may apply technical controls against automation, fraud or abuse without converting them into a commercial quota of applications.

Futbol CV facilitates publication and contact, but does not act as employer, recruiter, placement agency nor guarantor of the offer. Before sharing sensitive documents, relocating or assuming expenses, each party must verify the counterpart and conditions through appropriate channels.

We may review, pause or remove an opportunity upon signals of fraud, illegality, discrimination, risk or misleading information, and retain evidence when necessary to investigate reports.

Search results, discovery, feeds and recommendations may use matching with filters, role, profile completeness and recency, relevance, interactions, preferences, security and other operational signals informed in the product.

Some Pro plans include greater visibility or a positioning boost. When applied, it is informed as a plan benefit and may give relative priority over equivalent profiles. It does not purchase a fixed position, does not override security controls and does not guarantee views, contacts, hiring or selection.

Futbol CV may adjust ordering systems to improve relevance, integrity or security. Material changes in a paid benefit are reasonably informed and subject to applicable contractual and consumer rights.

You retain ownership of your content and declare having sufficient rights or authorizations to upload it and make it visible according to the chosen settings.

By uploading content you grant Futbol CV a non-exclusive, worldwide, free and limited license to host, technically copy, backup, adapt format, transcode, display and distribute that content within the service, on your public profile and in links or previews generated by the functions you use. The license may extend to providers only to operate those functions.

Media that remains exclusively on the device is not delivered to Futbol CV nor covered by a remote hosting license. If you choose to synchronize it, the previous operational license applies only to store it privately, reproduce it to authorized identities, retrieve it and execute the requested function. Exporting a file does not transfer to Futbol CV nor to you additional rights over the source material.

The license lasts while the content remains in the service and during reasonable backup, security, moderation or legal retention cycles. Upon deletion it ends for future uses, except copies that another person has legitimately shared or that must be retained due to obligation or claim.

Futbol CV may not use your image or content to attribute external advertising endorsement unrelated to normal product operation without additional authorization when required.

Impersonation, fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation of minors, spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized scraping, mass collection, metric manipulation, coordinated or manifestly false reports, privacy breaches nor evasion of controls are not allowed. Creating another account to evade an existing measure is also prohibited.

Futbol CV may warn, reduce reach, unpublish, remove content, restrict functions, preserve evidence or suspend an account when reasonable indications of non-compliance or risk exist. The measure considers category, severity, urgency, context, recidivism and security; there is no right to identical sanction in different cases.

Except for urgency, risk of retaliation, legal order or reasonable impossibility, a sanction decision informs the reason and enables an appeal. The appeal allows providing context or evidence and may confirm, modify or revoke the measure. Filing it does not automatically suspend urgent protection.

An immediate measure may be adopted to protect persons, minors, data, payments, infrastructure or evidence. Automated systems and reports are signals that may err; Futbol CV may perform human review but does not guarantee prior detection of every infringement. Moderation does not prevent reporting illegalities nor publishing negative reviews made in good faith.

Prices, taxes, currency, duration, renewal and benefits are informed before confirming checkout or in the applicable commercial agreement. A paid subscription renews only when that condition was informed and accepted; it may be cancelled by available means to avoid future charges.

Brand is contracted consultatively. Its commercial contract records reference, base product, price, currency, term, renewal modality, provider and billing references, negotiated capabilities and quotas. A product name alone does not add functions not included: technical access derives from the active and valid contract. An expired, suspended, terminated or replaced contract ceases to authorize those capabilities, without affecting rights or remedies under the agreement and law.

When the launch promotion is active, a new account created by self-service registration may receive a Pro grant after verifying its email and completing onboarding if the role is included, the campaign has not expired, there is quota and anti-abuse controls are passed. For a minor Player, the guardian's initial approval must also be valid. Configured roles are Player, Professional, Scout and Agency; Club, Brand, Press and invited collaborators do not receive this automatic benefit.

The published promotion lasts 12 months from the grant after completing activation. Verifying email without finishing onboarding — or, for a minor Player, without guardian initial approval — does not consume quota nor start the term. Effective duration is taken from the campaign's informed configuration and fixed in the granted grant.

The campaign has start and end dates, global quota, one benefit per email identity and a technical network limit. Deleting and recreating an account, or changing its email after receiving the benefit, does not enable a second grant: emails associated with that promotional account are subject to the same rule during the informed retention. Creating an account or verifying email does not reserve quota: eligibility is atomically decided when all applicable conditions are complete, including guardian initial approval for a minor Player. If the campaign ends, is exhausted, minimum technical identity cannot be verified or reasonable signals of multiple accounts appear, the grant is not awarded. These measures do not authorize discriminatory decisions nor remove legal rights.

Reminders are sent before grant expiration. It does not require a card, does not create a subscription in Stripe or MercadoPago, is not redeemable for money and ends without charge or automatic renewal; profile and content continue under current free functions. Continuing with Pro requires separate and express contracting.

Cancelling a renewal stops future charges and, as a rule, maintains access until the end of the already paid period. Cancelling a plan does not delete the account. Account closure uses a separate process that first confirms billing status.

For remote contracts covered by the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, the consumer has the non-waivable right to revoke acceptance within ten days, with computation and extensions provided by applicable regulations. If a local law grants greater protection, that protection prevails.

The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains evidence, promotions, providers and charge review. Nothing in that policy limits the non-waivable right of revocation in remote contracts nor refunds, remediation or repairs legally applicable.

You may stop using the service, cancel renewals and request closure or export from enabled channels. A pending re-acceptance does not prevent closing the account, exporting data, logging out nor exercising legal rights.

Futbol CV may suspend functions for non-compliance, fraud, security risk, legal requirement or confirmed non-payment. Except for urgency or legal prohibition, the person will receive reasonable information about the reason and possibility of review.

Functions may change or discontinue for technical, commercial, security or legal reasons. If the change materially affects a valid paid service, notice, adjustment, cancellation or remedy will apply as appropriate.

Futbol CV adopts reasonable measures to provide and protect the service, but does not promise uninterrupted availability nor that all third-party content is accurate. Maintenance tasks, incidents or external causes may temporarily affect functions.

Profiles, credentials, links, statistics, messages, opportunities and offers may contain information provided by third parties. Futbol CV does not perform background checks nor guarantees identity, solvency, representation, licenses, job conditions, trial security or authenticity of each document unless a visible status expressly states what was verified. Each party must make appropriate verifications before meeting, traveling, paying, contracting or sharing sensitive documents.

Each user is responsible for their conduct, content, links, negotiations and decisions towards third parties. Futbol CV is liable for its own obligations as provided by law and does not assume obligations of a sports, labor, commercial, editorial or representation relationship entered into between users.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, security breaches or imputable data, information duties, warranties, refunds or any other liability that cannot be legally limited.

We may update these documents to reflect real changes in the product or regulations. Material changes are identified with a new version and require express acceptance before continuing to use ordinary account functions.

While re-acceptance is pending, legal documents, the acceptance path itself, logout and channels necessary to close the account, export data or exercise rights remain available. Registration retains version, date, IP and technical browser identifier for audit.

If you use Futbol CV as a consumer, you retain the mandatory rules and forums of your domicile. No choice of law displaces a non-waivable protection nor limits access to a competent administrative authority or court.

For business or professional uses not protected as consumer relations, these terms are interpreted according to the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and disputes are submitted to the competent state or federal courts of Delaware, unless a different written agreement or mandatory rule applies.

No waiver of claim nor forum restricting those rights is imposed. Any limitation of liability or choice of law applies only to the extent permitted by the corresponding mandatory rule.
