Minors and Guardians Policy

The global minimum age to create an account is 13 years. A person aged 13 to 17 may only create a Player account and use the functions available for that role after completing onboarding and receiving initial approval from their mother, father, or guardian.

Other roles are intended for adults or persons with sufficient legal capacity to undertake professional or organizational activities. Futbol CV may request age verification, apply a higher age where mandatory, or block an incompatible role.

The request is made once and does not require annual renewals. By approving the account, the guardian accepts the displayed legal framework; separate permissions are not requested for posting, commenting, reacting, creating Shorts, or using each social function.

After approval, the profile and public activity may appear in discovery within Futbol CV and be shared via its URL. Posts, Shorts, comments, Likes, and visible reactions form part of that public activity.

Appearance on Google and other search engines is initially disabled. Upon approval, the guardian may select the option "Appear on Google"; if not selected, the profile and its content remain accessible via their links and within Futbol CV.

The account may disable indexing from Privacy settings. External search engines may take time to incorporate the profile or remove results they have already processed.

The exact date of birth is kept off the public profile. When age display is appropriate, Futbol CV calculates it without exposing the day, month, and year of birth to visitors.

Phone number and contact email originate from a private setting and are only shown to the audience expressly chosen by the account. Addresses, routines, documents, precise locations, or other information facilitating unsafe contact must not be published in biographies, images, or videos.

The account holder is responsible for maintaining truthful data, reviewing what they publish, and holding sufficient rights over images, videos, music, and third-party data. They may edit, unpublish, or delete their content without requesting permission from Futbol CV.

A Player account aged 13 to 17 may receive messages according to the platform's privacy controls. A Club may initiate a conversation with an activated minor Player, and when appropriate, Futbol CV sends a notice to the guardian; this notice does not require their consent nor block the conversation. The account may adjust its privacy, unfollow, block, and report.

The approval is initial and remains recorded as a fact. The guardian retains a personal link to withdraw it. If withdrawn while the player remains a minor, external indexing and future notices directed to that guardian are disabled, but the account is not put on hold, sessions are not invalidated, and functions remain available.

Futbol CV may preserve evidence, remove content, restrict contact, or suspend functions in cases of grooming, exploitation, sexualization, threats, fraud, impersonation, or other concrete risk indicators. In cases of immediate danger, emergency services or protection channels available at the person's location must be used.

The account may disable indexing, adjust messaging, edit or delete content, block accounts, request an export, or initiate closure through available channels. Initial approval does not make the profile private nor limit the use of shared links.

If an applicable rule requires an additional measure for a specific age or location, Futbol CV may proportionally adjust access and communicate the reason.
