Promotions, Cancellation and Refunds

If the promotion is active when a new self-service registration account verifies its email and completes onboarding, the role is enabled and there is still availability, Player Pro, Professional Pro, Scout Pro or Agency Pro may be granted. Invited collaborators of Agency or Brand, Club, Brand and Press are excluded from automatic granting.

The published promotion lasts 12 months from its granting. The effective duration is fixed in the grant and any changes for future sign-ups must be informed prior to registration.

The campaign has a start date, end date, global quota and controls against multiple accounts, including a benefit per email identity and a limit per network. Deleting and recreating an account, or changing the email of an account that has already received the benefit, does not enable a second grant of the same campaign for any of the associated identities. Registration and email verification do not reserve the benefit: it is evaluated upon completion of applicable conditions and is not granted if the campaign has ended, is exhausted or the request does not pass those controls. It does not require a card, does not create a subscription in Stripe or MercadoPago and ends without automatic renewal, charge or obligation to contract.

Futbol CV notifies before expiration. Upon completion, the profile and content remain available according to the current free plan, unless the person chooses to contract another plan.

Administrative grants or future promotions may have different eligibility, but must be informed before acceptance and do not retroactively modify a grant already awarded.

An eligible Club account without a prior trial may receive 30 days upon starting its first premium subscription. The checkout informs the plan, provider, payment method and estimated date of the first charge.

If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription may transition to the accepted paid cycle. This renewal is distinct from the launch Pro promotion, which does not contain a payment method or renewal.

Stripe or MercadoPago subscriptions renew according to the cycle informed at checkout. You may cancel the next charge from settings when the provider allows or through support.

Cancellation must be confirmed with the provider before definitively updating the local status. Generally, access is retained until the end of the paid period and the account or content is not deleted.

In remote contracts covered by the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code, the consumer may revoke their acceptance within ten days. The term is computed according to applicable regulations, extended to the next business day if it expires on a non-business day, and is not extinguished when the duty to inform was not duly fulfilled.

Revocation is non-waivable. It may be communicated via the form with proof available at /cancelacion-y-reembolsos and cannot be conditioned on prior payment of disputed amounts. If another rule or jurisdiction grants a more favorable term or remedy, that protection applies.

Outside legally required cases, requests for duplicate charges, fraud, technical error, service not rendered or other founded cause are reviewed individually. The absence of automatic refunds does not eliminate refunds, repairs or warranties that correspond.

Requesting closure deactivates access and initiates a process that cancels or confirms all billing references first. Data is not irreversibly deleted while an external subscription may remain active.

If a provider does not confirm cancellation, the case remains pending retry or review to maintain traceability and avoid charges without an identifiable account.
