Content and Conduct Standards

Professional content related to sports or work history, current events, legitimate opportunities, audiovisual material, achievements, statistics, services, and portfolios is permitted when the publisher holds sufficient rights.

Illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, privacy-invading content, content infringing third-party rights, or content that endangers minors is not allowed.

Spam, phishing, malware, false offers, deceptive charges, metric manipulation, or instructions to circumvent security controls are also prohibited. Spam includes, among other cases, unsolicited mass or repetitive sending, substantial repetition of the same content or link, irrelevant promotion, coordinated use of accounts, and automation that degrades the experience.

Harassment, threats, impersonation, discrimination, unauthorized automation, mass data collection, contacting for purposes unrelated to the professional relationship, or using applications and messages for fraud are prohibited. Parody, commentary, or fan profiles that may cause confusion must be clearly identified and may not use data, images, or behavior to falsely imply affiliation.

Buying, selling, or exchanging accounts or usernames; artificially inflating followers, views, or interactions; submitting mass false reports; coordinating harassment through reports; or operating accounts to evade suspension or restriction are not permitted.

Negative reviews and good faith complaints are not prohibited and cannot be sanctioned solely for being unfavorable.

Futbol CV may warn, unpublish, remove, reduce reach, limit functions, preserve evidence, or suspend accounts upon well-founded reports or reasonable signs of abuse. Responses are adjusted according to category, severity, urgency, context, recurrence, and risk, with highest priority given to minor safety, credible threats, and active fraud.

When possible without increasing risk or violating an order, the subject, measure, and basis are communicated. The affected person may provide context during an editorial dispute and appeal a sanction. The review may confirm, modify, or revoke the measure; minimal evidence may be retained even if the original content is removed.

Press-linked coverage is not published on a Player's profile without their acceptance. The Player may hide or dispute it; Press may respond with context and evidence before the administrative decision.

Resolving a dispute does not obligate the Player to display the coverage. If a Press appeal succeeds, the content is restored only upon a new consent request and is never automatically republished against the Player's decision.

It is prohibited to sexualize, exploit, recruit, extort, threaten, or solicit intimate material from a minor, as well as to publish data facilitating their location or unsafe contact. Futbol CV may immediately block content, contact, or accounts, preserve evidence, and carry out legally required communications.

The reporting system is not an emergency service. In cases of immediate danger, disappearance, violence, or possible crime, also contact the competent authorities or emergency services.
