Derechos Del Fútbol, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware, United States, with registered address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States, operates the Futbol CV product and acts as the data controller of personal data linked to the service.

You may make inquiries or exercise rights by writing to [email protected]. This policy applies to the public site, registration, authenticated application, public profiles and content, opportunities and applications, messaging, billing, and support.

It includes accounts and profiles with roles Player, Professional, Scout, Agency, Club, Brand, and Press, as well as visitors, guardians, and persons contacting support when Futbol CV processes their data.

Data protection regulations applicable to each person and operation apply. For data subjects in Argentina, this includes Law 25.326 and its Regulatory Decree 1558/2001; where applicable, mandatory regulations of the country of residence or the market where the service is offered also apply.

We process registration and identity data such as name, email, username, role, country, exact date of birth when applicable, access credentials, verification status, and account preferences. In a Player account of a minor, the exact date is kept private and the public projection uses only the derived age.

Depending on the role, we process data on sports or work history, professional specialty, organization, experience, education, certifications, licenses, skills, availability, statistics, nationalities, languages, contact details, and portfolio materials. When Futbol CV has verified a specific credential, the interface will explicitly indicate the type of verification performed.

When a person requests access or contact for a Club, Brand, or Press media, we process their contact data, represented organization, website, category or type of activity, requested scope, and the message they decide to send. The request also retains the version of the contextual notice shown, the declared legal basis, and an initial retention date.

We also process publications, Shorts, Stories, images, comments, reactions, saved items, lists, messages, reports, blocks, sports or job opportunities, applications, and decisions communicated by their publishers. Moderation cases may include category, priority, reported object, a limited copy of evidence, response from the affected party, measure, rationale, and appeal.

When you request username mediation, we process the requested handle, external public profiles provided by the parties, their explanations, the current holder's response, appeals, and the decision. Before notifying the holder, we may perform a limited technical reading of the provided public profile to verify a temporary code in its biography; we record platform, URL, method, attempts, verification date, and notice date. The verification confirms technical control of the external profile at that moment, not civil identity, trademark rights, representation, or definitive ownership of the name.

To operate payments, we process client identifiers, subscription, checkout, status, and provider references. Futbol CV does not receive the full card number when payment is processed via Stripe or MercadoPago.

We record IP address, technical browser identifier, sessions, security events, cookie preferences, views, traffic source, and signals necessary to order results, prevent abuse, and measure the service. For a Player account aged 13 to 17, we also process minimal guardian data, initial request, their decision about the account and search engine appearance, legal version, date, IP and browser confirmation, revocation status, and evidence necessary to audit it.

Files chosen from the device, camera, microphone or screen recordings, frames, renders, drafts, journal, and recovery branches are first stored locally in the browser storage such as OPFS, IndexedDB, or Cache Storage according to their function. We do not receive the content of those media merely by selecting, playing, capturing, or analyzing them. A video is uploaded to private Cloudflare R2 storage only when you explicitly choose to open it on other devices or initiate another synchronization function that informs before starting.

Most data originates from the user, their guardian when applicable, an organization managing a workspace, or interactions performed on the platform. We also receive statuses from payment providers, authentication, infrastructure, and email.

Fields marked as mandatory are necessary to create the account, fulfill a request, or provide the corresponding function. Optional profile fields may be omitted, although this may reduce the completeness or usefulness of the profile.

Each person must keep the data they declare updated. Futbol CV allows corrections and may mark, restrict, or review disputed information without presenting it as verified while a reasonable dispute exists.

We use data to register and authenticate accounts; build profiles and CVs; enable discovery, ranking, and indexing; operate opportunities and applications; facilitate messaging; manage workspaces; process payments; deliver promotions; provide support; moderate content; prevent fraud; protect security; comply with obligations; and improve the product.

Processing is based, as applicable, on the contractual relationship requested by the person, their informed consent when required, initial guardian approval for a Player account aged 13 to 17, legal obligations, and legitimate and proportional purposes of security and operation compatible with Law 25.326.

Contact forms for Club, Brand, and Press are processed to evaluate and respond to pre-contractual inquiries initiated by the sender. This basis does not authorize optional marketing communications nor substitute consents that may be required for other purposes.

Optional Analytics or Marketing cookies are loaded only after accepting their category. Accepting the Terms or confirming receipt of this policy and the Cookie Policy does not by itself activate those optional categories.

Public profiles and content may be shown to persons without a session and shared via their URL. In adult accounts, appearance on Google and other search engines is enabled by default and can be changed from Privacy settings. In a Player account aged 13 to 17, it starts disabled: the guardian may enable it by approving the account via an optional checkbox, and the account may disable it later. An external search engine may take time to remove an already processed copy.

Disabling external indexing does not make the profile private: the link, discovery within Futbol CV, and public activity—including publications, Shorts, comments, and visible reactions—remain available. Phone and contact email start from a private setting and are shown only to the audience expressly chosen by the account.

Discovery, feeds, and results may be ordered using signals such as role, filter match, completeness, recency, relevance, interactions, preferences, security, and profile status. Certain Pro plans may include a visibility boost described in the plan details. That boost may influence position but does not guarantee a fixed spot, a number of views, or a job or sports outcome.

Futbol CV does not make hiring, selection, representation, or sponsorship decisions through that ranking. Decisions belong to third parties who publish or evaluate opportunities. You may report errors or request human review via support.

Other users and visitors receive only public information or that to which they have access by an authorized function, such as an application, conversation, or workspace. In moderation or mediation cases, each party may receive necessary information to know the subject, respond, and understand the decision, without revealing complainant data when it creates risk of retaliation or is unnecessary. Recipients must use data for the legitimate professional purpose that motivated access.

Infrastructure, storage, email, authentication, monitoring, consented analytics, and payment providers process data to the extent necessary to provide their services. These may include Cloudflare, Brevo, Stripe, MercadoPago, and authentication providers chosen by the person.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when there is a legal obligation, valid order, duly founded emergency, or when necessary to protect rights, always within regulatory limits.

Some providers may process data outside Argentina. In such cases, applicable legal conditions apply, including adequate protection level, contractual guarantees, or consent when necessary.

Provider selection and transfers are limited to the purposes described in this policy and are reviewed proportionally to the data type and risk.

Account and profile data are retained while the account is active. When you request closure, access is deactivated and final deletion awaits confirmation of cancellation from payment providers to avoid untraceable charges.

Upon closure completion, private profiles, sessions, personal interactions, and own media are deleted, and community content that must be retained to avoid breaking conversations or evidence is anonymized. Requested export files are available for 30 days.

Previous public usernames may remain reserved to prevent impersonation and avoid that a shared address identifies another person. Upon account closure, those reservations are unlinked from the deleted user, their destination is removed, and they stop redirecting to a profile: only the reserved name remains. They are maintained while Futbol CV offers public names and the risk persists, with periodic necessity review; if the system no longer requires reservation, they are deleted.

Rejected credential evidence is retained up to 30 days from the decision to allow correction or claim and then deleted from private storage along with free metadata. You may delete it earlier when it does not support an open review. A valid legal block may pause deletion only while necessary; the structured decision and minimal review history may be retained without the file.

Contact requests for Club, Brand, and Press initially record a retention date of 24 months from submission. If a request results in an account, contract, invoice, dispute, or claim, necessary records may be subject to applicable legal, fiscal, contractual, or defense deadlines. The recorded date allows reviewing the need to retain or delete the request; it does not authorize new or incompatible uses.

To limit abuse of the launch promotion, a portion of the originating network and each normalized email associated with the account while retaining that benefit are separately transformed via HMAC with application keys and campaign separation. This includes the email used when receiving the grant and previous and new emails when confirming an email change. The promotional marker contains no readable email and can only be compared with a candidate email via restricted access keys. The identity marker survives account closure only to prevent a second benefit from the same campaign; markers, individual fingerprints, and pseudonymous counters per network are progressively deleted 90 days after campaign closure. Aggregated counts and cryptographic commitments may be retained to certify quota and ceremony integrity without retaining the relationship between an account and an email. The granted benefit and its dates remain in the ledger while necessary to certify the delivered benefit, handle claims, and comply with applicable deadlines.

Legal acceptances, receipts and billing events, security logs, reports, appeals, user mediations, audits, and moderation evidence may be retained locked during applicable legal, fiscal, prescription, or claim defense periods. Deletion of original content does not necessarily remove the minimal copy preserved to resolve a case. Once the purpose is fulfilled, it is deleted or anonymized; backup copies are overwritten within their normal operational cycles.

Suppression may be limited when it harms legitimate rights of third parties or there is a legal duty to retain, without enabling uses incompatible with the retention purpose.

You may request information, access, rectification, updating, confidentiality, export, or, when applicable, deletion. Access requests under Law 25.326 must be answered within ten calendar days from a formal request; rectification, updating, or deletion within five business days.

Exercising these rights is free under legal terms. We may request reasonable identity verification to avoid disclosing data to another person.

The Public Information Access Agency is the supervisory authority of Law 25.326 and receives complaints and claims for non-compliance.

We apply technical and organizational measures aimed at protecting credentials, sessions, files, messages, billing, and profiles against loss, alteration, or unauthorized access. Internal and provider access is limited by function and necessity.

No system completely eliminates risk. If you detect unauthorized access, you must change your credentials and notify support so we can investigate and take measures.

Futbol CV does not admit accounts of persons under 13 years old. If we detect an account below that age, we will restrict access and delete or retain data in a limited manner as required by security, a claim, or law.

Between 13 and 17 years old, only one Player account is allowed and initial approval from the indicated mother, father, or guardian is required before activating the account. This approval is requested once; it does not require annual renewals or separate permissions for each social function.

Once approved, the profile and public activity may be viewed via its link and in Futbol CV discovery. Posting, commenting, liking, uploading Shorts, and other actions identified as public are part of the network's operation. Appearance in external search engines is activated only if the guardian marks the corresponding option upon approval.

The exact date of birth of a minor Player account is not included in the public projection; only the derived age is shown when applicable. Contact data is controlled separately and starts from a private setting.

A minor Player account may receive messages according to platform privacy controls. A Club may initiate a conversation with an activated minor Player and, when applicable, Futbol CV sends a notice to the guardian; this notice does not require their consent nor block the conversation. The account may adjust privacy, block accounts, and report. Futbol CV retains moderation and urgent measures against recruitment, exploitation, sexualization, threats, fraud, or other risks.

The initial approval remains recorded as a fact even if the guardian withdraws it. If the player is still a minor, revocation disables their appearance in external search engines and future notices directed to that guardian but does not suspend the account, invalidate sessions, or block functions.

If a modification materially changes the purposes, rights, or processing conditions, we will publish a new version and request express re-acceptance when applicable. Mere navigation is not considered acceptance of a new version.
