Intellectual Property and Claims

Users retain ownership of their content and must have sufficient authorization regarding videos, photos, music, crests, trademarks, logos, statistics, documents, and third-party data.

In recordings of matches or training sessions, authorization may involve the person who recorded, the club or venue, players and other visible or audible persons, holders of the broadcast rights, league or federation, and owners of music, trademarks, or graphic material. Access to a signal, file, or link alone does not constitute a license to copy, analyze, synchronize, export, or publish.

Futbol CV retains rights over its software, brand, design, documentation, and proprietary elements, without appropriating user content.

By uploading content you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, free, and limited license to host, technically copy, back up, adapt format, transcode, display, and distribute that content within the service and through the public profile, sharing, or preview functions you request.

The license may be exercised by providers solely to operate the service. It terminates for future uses upon content deletion, except for reasonable backup cycles, moderation evidence, legal obligations, or legitimately shared copies prior to deletion.

Displaying your profile or content within the normal discovery of Futbol CV is part of the operational license. An external advertising campaign presenting you as a brand endorsement requires additional authorization when applicable.

The data and drawings you create may constitute your own content, but do not eliminate rights existing over the original video, audio, image, voice, trademarks, or statistics. Cropping, annotating, transforming, or combining a recording does not guarantee that the result may be published or commercially exploited.

Futbol CV does not sell nor include a license for broadcasting, musical synchronization, collective image, trademark, database, or sports archive. When minors or sensitive data are involved, you must also apply the corresponding consents, security measures, and dissemination restrictions.

Anyone who considers that content infringes copyright, trademark, image, or other rights may file a claim without creating an account by writing to [email protected]. They must identify the work or right, each URL or disputed content, their contact information, the basis of the claim, and the authority under which they act.

For copyright claims, a physical or electronic signature must be included; a good faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their representative, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and the claimant is authorized. An incomplete notification may require additional information before being processed.

Futbol CV may remove or block content preventively, notify the publisher, preserve a limited copy, and request information from the parties. The measure alone does not determine ownership nor substitute a judicial decision.

The publisher may respond or submit a counter-notification identifying the removed content, explaining why they consider there was an error or misidentification, providing their contact information, signature, and the declarations or jurisdictional consents required by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, Futbol CV may forward the counter-notification to the claimant and restore the content after the applicable period if no evidence of judicial action is received. Content is not restored in case of an order, urgent risk, independent infringement, or insufficient information.

Futbol CV may restrict or close accounts that repeatedly infringe rights, considering well-founded decisions, context, and valid claims. It may also limit manifestly false, fraudulent, or coordinated claims or counter-notifications, without preventing the exercise of rights made in good faith.

The parties are responsible for the accuracy of their statements. The internal procedure does not provide legal advice nor extend judicial or administrative deadlines.
